1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Unboxd platform ("Platform", "we", "us") — an online crypto and credit-card casino offering mystery pack openings and provably fair Originals casino games (Dice, Mines, Plinko, Wheel, Hilo, Tower and similar arcade-style games) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Platform. By using Unboxd, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that online casino gameplay and crypto-funded gaming are legal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and may suspend or terminate non-compliant accounts.
3. Account Registration
To access casino and pack-opening features you must register for an account with a unique email address and unique username. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account, including all wagers, deposits and withdrawals. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Platform Services
Unboxd is a full online casino. We offer (a) digital mystery packs containing randomized prizes, and (b) provably fair Originals casino games with bet-based payouts. All outcomes are determined by a server-authoritative provably fair algorithm using SHA-256 cryptographic hashing and are independently verifiable. Casino gameplay involves risk; outcomes are random and Unboxd does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or profit.
5. Deposits & Payments
The Platform accepts deposits in supported cryptocurrencies (including but not limited to BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL and LTC) and traditional credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard). All deposits are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Crypto deposits are credited at prevailing market rates and may be subject to network confirmation times and on-chain fees. Card deposits are subject to issuer approval and may incur processing fees. Unboxd reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits.
6. Withdrawals
Users may request withdrawals of their account balance subject to verification requirements, minimum withdrawal amounts, and processing times. Unboxd reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Processing times may vary based on the withdrawal method selected.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not: (a) use the Platform for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Platform; (c) use automated tools, bots, or scripts; (d) engage in collusion, fraud, or money laundering; (e) create multiple accounts; (f) harass other users; (g) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Unboxd Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unboxd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Unboxd may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
