Unboxd operates with complete transparency and integrity. Every pack opening uses our provably fair system, ensuring outcomes are predetermined and verifiable. We do not manipulate odds or outcomes under any circumstances.

Fairness

All users are treated equally regardless of account status, deposit history, or any other factor. Our provably fair algorithm applies the same odds to every user, every time. Drop rates are publicly displayed for all packs.

Transparency

We commit to full transparency in our operations including: clear display of item probabilities, honest representation of prize values, open communication about Platform changes, and accessible verification tools for all pack openings.

User Protection

We prioritize user well-being above profit. This includes promoting responsible gaming practices, providing self-exclusion tools, protecting user data with industry-standard security, and ensuring prompt resolution of disputes.

Compliance

Unboxd complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. We maintain robust AML and KYC procedures and cooperate fully with regulatory bodies.
